Sounds like: A bass that slides between notes, the classic acid and electro glide.
A monophonic bass where notes glide into each other rather than jumping — the slide itself is the character, so this patch depends on legato/glide being enabled in the sequencer or played live.
Open this patch in the interactive PatchpadPortamento is set on TRIG page 2: PORT turns it on and PTIM sets the glide time. In the track's SETUP menu, PORTAMENTO TYPE decides what glides: TRACK glides from the last note played on the track, and LEGATO ONLY glides only between overlapping notes. GLIDE style is an ordinary continuous slide; GLISSANDO quantizes it to semitones. Choose LEGATO ONLY when you want held notes to connect and new notes to retrigger the glide from where the last one ended. ALGO 1 routes operator A (and B) into carrier C, so LEV (A) and LEV (B) are set to 0 on SYN page 2 and MIX is -64 (the X output, C only): that leaves C a plain, unmodulated carrier.
Portamento is on TRIG page 1: PORT turns it on and PTIM sets the glide time. In the track's SETUP menu, LEGATO ONLY ON makes the pitch glide only between overlapping notes, and STYLE GLIDE is the ordinary continuous slide (GLISSANDO quantizes it to semitones). Melodic tracks use Digital machines, not Analog. AMP PAGE 2's MODE must be ADSR or SUS on AMP PAGE 1 is ignored.
Glide is in the VOICE section: choose a monophonic Voice Mode (Mono or MonoLG; MonoLG glides only between overlapping legato notes, while Mono always glides between successive notes), turn Glide On, and set Glide Time short-to-medium. On the AMP ENVELOPE menu, MonoTrig Legato stops the envelope re-triggering on overlapping notes, which only works in the Mono or MonoLG modes.
Osc 1 is BasicWaves with Morph at 50 (pure sawtooth): the Morph knob runs from a square (0) through a sawtooth (50) to a double sawtooth an octave up (100), Sym only changes the pulse width below 50, and Sub adds a sine an octave down (0 here). Values are on MiniFreak's native 0-100 scale.
SET's own VCO GLIDE knob is the dedicated portamento-rate control — set to a short-medium value here. Typhon's monophonic/paraphonic voicing suits slide bass naturally, no extra legato-mode step needed beyond enabling glide.
VOICE page 1 sets POLYPHONY to Mono, and page 2 has GLIDE (Off / Glide / Glissando), GLIDE TIME (0-127), GLIDE CURVE (Exp to Lin to Log) and GLIDE LEGATO. With Glide Legato On only notes played legato slide, so detached notes retrigger cleanly. Envelope 1 and 2 keep a short decay so each slid note still reads as a bass pluck.
The oscillator/filter settings are secondary here — the defining feature is glide time and legato mode, which must be set at the sequencer/voice level on every synth, not just in the patch settings.
